Dr. Emmanuel Raptakis, Fasmatech CEO, visited the UK National Mass Spectrometry Facility in Swansea University. Led by distinguished Prof. Gareth Brenton, the facility has been at the forefront of mass spectrometry in the UK for nearly 30 years, giving valuable services to the UK academic community and producing a long list of distinguished colleagues in mass spec development and applications. The facility is conducting state-of-the-art research in cutting edge MS areas, including instrumentation development, software and raw data processing.

Dr. Raptakis presented Fasmatech’s recent advances in atmospheric pressure-vacuum interfaces (Aerolens™) and large ion trapping.
