Dimitris Papanastasiou in Mass Matters

Fasmatech is proud to announce that Mass Matters, the official publication of the British Mass Spectrometry Society, devotes part of its 50 year Anniversary Edition centerfold to Fasmatech’s R&D Director Dr. Dimitris Papanastasiou, winner of the 2014 Curt Brunnée award for his contribution to the development of the theoretical understanding of ion behaviour and the implementation of his approaches in new devices for ion optics and ion mobility.

IRAP Tender Award

We are proud to announce that Fasmatech was successfully awarded the European tender published by the Research Institute of Astrophysics & Planetology in Toulouse, France for the procurement of a custom Laser Desorption Ionization – Linear Ion Trap – orthogonal TOF Mass Spectrometer. Fasmatech will undertake all stages of development, from concept design to manufacturing and on-site installation.

Fasmatech’s CEO, Dr. Emmanuel Raptakis and CSO Dr. Dimitris Papanastasiou took part at the ASMS annual conference, which was held from the 15th to the 19th of June 2014 at the Baltimore Convention Center in Baltimore, Maryland. FDA Clearance for VITEK MS
